Gala Information

Registration
-
During Cocktail Hour starting at 6pm.
-
There will be four registration stations (A-G, H-N, O-S, T-Z) where you will receive your nametags.
-
Each nametag also has your table assignment listed as well as a colored index card which you will place on your plate to indicate your meal selection.
-
Those with dietary restrictions will have these listed on their cards to assist the wait staff.
-
There will be signs outside each entrance to the ballroom that show the same table arrangement as in the graphic above.
-
Tables are assigned but seats at each table are not; make yourself comfortable at your table and place your meal card on your plate.
-
-
We will start encouraging guests to move into the ballroom at 6:50pm in order to have everyone seated by 7pm.
